Julia – Occupational Therapist, registered with Allied Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Living locally, Julia is passionate about supporting children and families in their own communities.

Julia’s commitment to paediatric occupational therapy began with her lifelong experience supporting her younger sister, who has a rare chromosomal disorder. While studying, Julia strengthened her interest in paediatrics and disability while working as an early childhood educator, community support worker, as well as an OSHC educator and support officer within primary schools. These roles strengthened her dedication to helping others live meaningfully and independently, and provided her with a strong understanding of children’s everyday environments and routines.

Julia is known for her calm, flexible and empathetic approach and values the power of play and connection in therapy. She enjoys thinking creatively to support each child’s strengths and goals, and is committed to providing family-centred, evidence-based care that is meaningful and practical for everyday life.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with friends and family and keeping active. She loves to sing, dance and play guitar, bake, swim and spend time in nature.
